• Our Winter Wishes for Kids and Families program brightens the holiday season for 32,000 people each year. Registration to answer gift requests starts in mid-October. This program is generously sponsored by Robert Pohly and Julie Turaj.


• The New York Cares Coat Drive has been keeping New Yorkers warm since 1989. Please donate your gently used, freshly laundered coats starting November 15th, create your own collection site, or volunteer to sort the coats to get them to people in need as soon as possible. The Coat Drive is generously sponsored by Health Plus.


• We add extra projects to our calendar around the holidays, including preparing and serving holiday meals, hosting parties, sorting clothing and gift donations, gift wrapping, and caroling. Search our projects for holiday needs.
